      • measuring and implementing operating system and browser security baselines (CIS) to proactively mitigate risks
      • introducing a flexible desktop-as-a-service cloud vdi offering with secure access from any unmanaged device

    • developed global team of 6 accountable for holistic technology experience, including core hardware/software platforms for 2000+ devices in 10 countries
    • modernized all endpoint, peripheral, and print hardware platforms that deliver over $500k in annualized savings
