Traveled to global sites leading interactive in-person training

M365 Copilot to drive adoption and awareness across the company.
The initiative reached over 5,000 participants worldwide and
delivered an immediate 20% increase in Copilot adoption.

Led the enterprise-wide transition to Windows 11, modernizing
